These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the Memora service (the "Service") and the user (the "User") of the Telegram Bot @MemoraBot and the Telegram Mini App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1. By starting to use the Service (sending the first command to the bot, opening the Mini App), the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Public Offer.
1.2. If the User does not agree with any of the terms, they must stop using the Service.
2. Service Description
2.1. Memora provides tools for:
- saving text notes, voice messages, images, documents, and videos;
- automatic text recognition (OCR) and voice transcription;
- semantic search across the personal archive;
- creating tasks and reminders;
- structuring and linking notes.
2.2. The Service uses third-party AI models to process content. AI outputs are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies.
3. Account and Registration
3.1. The User is identified via their Telegram account. Separate registration is not required.
3.2. The User is responsible for the security of their Telegram account and any actions performed via that account within the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1. The User may not:
- store or transmit illegal content through the Service (including copyright-infringing materials, extremist content, CSAM);
- use the Service for spam, phishing, or malware distribution;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Service's infrastructure or other users' data;
- automate use of the Service to bypass public limits;
- resell access to the Service to third parties.
4.2. Violation of clause 4.1 may result in account suspension without refund.
5. User Content
5.1. All materials saved by the User remain their property.
5.2. The User grants the Service a non-exclusive, limited license to store, process, and display their content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
5.3. The Service does not use user content to train its own models and does not share it with third parties, except as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Service Availability
6.1. The Service strives for continuous operation but does not guarantee 24/7 availability.
6.2. The Service may perform scheduled and emergency maintenance that temporarily restricts access.
7. Changes
7.1. The Service may modify these Terms by publishing a new version on the official page.
7.2. Material changes will be communicated to the User via the bot or Mini App at least 7 days before they take effect.
8. Termination
8.1. The User may stop using the Service at any time by deleting their account from the "Settings" section in the Mini App, or by blocking the bot.
8.2. After account deletion, the User's data is deleted within 30 days, except for data required to be retained by law.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
9.2. Disputes are heard at the Merchant's place of residence, unless otherwise prescribed by mandatory legal provisions.
